Hayeong – Trace’s Sushi Maestro, is ready to instruct you on a whole new series of classes.

Classes include hands-on instruction, a beverage tutorial and sushi/spirits tastings.

Make it a date night, family bonding or team building opportunity!

May 18, 2013  Japanese Beer & Tempura Rolls
This should be a fun and delicious class!  Receive an introduction to Japanese beers and learn how to create fresh tempura rolls.

June 29, 2013  Summer Cocktails & Sushi Platters
Sushi party, anyone?  This summer you can create a fun and delicious event for friends and family as you learn to create sushi rolls using seasonal, sustainable fish, plate them with interesting garnishes and craft some fun summer cocktails to accompany.

All participants for each class will be included in a drawing for a complimentary overnight stay at W Seattle. Limit 10 participants per class.
